Dry cultivation, it has a good full yellow colour, a delicate Aroma, a sweet taste that leaves a velvet sensation on the palate. It reaches an alcohol content of 16.5%. It goes perfectly with baked pastries and biscuits. Suitable with “bucidati”, a traditional sweet make from dried figs, almonds, walnuts and honey. A real delicacy.
