Made from the winemaking of the best grapes of nero d’Avola and a little addition of Syrah. Its red ruby colour results in a full flavoured wine. Supported by a tannic structure and delicate toasted note. Intense and complicated, accompanied by balsamic and toasted notes.

Pruning technique: Cordon training
Harvest: last week of September
Winemaking: short maceration pre-fermentation followed by fermentation in stainless steel at 28°/30°C and malolactic fermentation in tonneaux of French oak.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Colour: red ruby which results in a full bodied and complex wine.
Aroma : Elegant tannic structure and delicate toasty notes
Taste: intense and complex, followed by balsamic and toasty notes
Ageing potential: 8/10 years
