Vineyard: in the hills surrounding the vale of the Dirillo river.
Pruning technique: Guyot
Harvest: End of August, beginning of September
Winemaking: soft pressed from the full grape and the fermentation of the must at 16°/17° C in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 12,5/13% vol.
