From the greek Kàris-karitos going back to grace, beauty and enchantment. The taste is enhanced by the balanced sapidity of this red wine, made from the grape of Nerello Mascalese and Nero d’Avola. It can go with a vast variety of dishes. Serve at 16-18 °C.
