This Nero d’Avola is made from the oldest vines exposed to the south east. Of a pleasant ruby red with the intense aroma of the black fruit of the floral nuance, with sweet spicy notes. A pleasantly sapid and tannic wine. Consistency and sweetness are supported by a good acid hint.

Origin: hills around Licodia Eubea, in the far south-eastern part of Sicily .
Vineyard: exposed towards the east in the vale of the river Dirillo affected by a fresh microclimate

Harvest: third / fourth week of September
Winemaking: rasping and fermentation in stainless steel container tanks with a set temperature for 12/14 days maceration and Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Alcohol content: 13,5/14% vol.
